Eye doctor was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and answered a lot of questions that I have had for some time about the performance of my eyes. I left feeling confident that I fully understood my situation and definitely look forward to the next opportunity to learn more!
Check in process was easy. The Establishment was very clean. The staff did an amazing job from beginning to end. The best part was the doctor did a thorough exam, and she took the time to explain what she was doing, and why she was doing it. I didn't feel rushed. I got to order myself glasses, and even have them shipped to my house. I was very pleased.
I go to Kaiser eyecare for my contacts and glasses. They are wonderful there. I had a very irritated eye from a medical procedure—the oxygen mask blew on one eye drying out the surface, yes ouch! They were very helpful walking me through it and getting me in the office quickly.
