My house is very old, and the plumbing looks complicated. I was very worried when a pipe started leaking behind the shower wall and I imagined the tile would have to be redone. Joe very quickly found the problem and fixed it, and the tile didn't have to be removed. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and looked at all the other plumbing concerns that I asked about.

A few years ago we had a big company out for a different problem and they tried to sell us things like a tankless water heater. I was happy Joe isn't pushy. He is also tidy and didn't leave a mess like the plumber at my work did.

I had an AAV leak under my sink, and while Joe was out of town (on vacation!), he graciously responded to my e-mails in a timely manner to help diagnose the issue and offer solutions (including which products to buy at the hardware store) to my problem (clogged drain, but with the complication that it's attached to a garbage disposal). With some helpful advice (and what NOT to use), I was able to resolve the clogged drain on my own. HOWEVER, if I ever have any more urgent issues that are unresolved -- I know who I'm calling next time. Thanks, Joe, for the helpful advice, and for graciously providing me assistance when you were out of town.

Joe will go out of his way to save clients money. He has walked me through the solution to a plumbing issue on more than one occasion, either by phone or email, and charged me nothing for the guidance. He's also fast; when he came out to solve a problem I was unable to solve myself, it took him less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!
