James and Dave rebuilt our deck over the summer and they did a great job! They helped guide us on product selection and also helped us to salvage whatever parts of the deck were still usable. Instead of doing a complete teardown they reinforced and fixed the base of the deck which was helpful in saving costs and materials. They also were more knowledgeable about the issues with our old deck and saw things that other contractors we got quotes with missed completely. We had some difficulties with product delivery and weather and they were very flexible and understanding. They are also very kind and personable. I know they do many different types of construction so we will definitely consider working with them again if the need arises. -

James and Dave are fantastic! I was in a bit of a bind and found out I needed to have my shed installed 6wks prior to the start of my backyard landscaping build out (I thought I could do it after.) I checked Home Depot and Tuff shed and all had dates well past when I needed so I reached out to a realtor friend who passed along James' info. James was able to come out that day with his brother and talk through what I was looking for then had me a quote that evening. Not only was there quote totally in budget (similar to a prefab unit), but they were able to get me in the next week. I've worked with numerous contractors over the years and one thing that seemed to be universal was that they often didn't show up when they said they would and often the job would take much longer than expected. Not so with James and Dave. They showed up when they said they would, communicated if something needed to change, and why, and the end result was even better than I expected. Also, with it being during a pandemic, they showed up with proper precautions (masks) and always maintained safe protocols as required. Having recently bought an almost 80-year-old house I have a lot of projects and plan on utilizing Innovation Creation Construction for that work. Their work was fantastic, they were reasonably priced, and showed up when they said they would. I'd recommend their work to anyone, and have already done so!

We couldn't be more pleased with the work James and Dave did for us! We recently moved into a 2 bed 1 bath home and we were looking to convert the laundry room into an on-suite bathroom. We got several quotes from contractors but Innovation Creation was the most reasonable! Throughout the project, they communicated with us at every step and worked efficiently without sacrificing quality. And, during covid, they always showed up with a mask and left them on throughout the duration of the project.
