I took my daughter to ICHS to get a glasses prescription and Dr. Andrea Liem told me that I can go to the specialist clinic for Orthokeratology contact lens. My daughter said goodbye to heavy glasses after using these contact lens. Many thanks to Dr. Andrea Liem because many past doctors have not told us about this method before.
Very bad experience. Front desk staff rude and unsanitary. There is no decent standard of hygiene health. The elderly white receptionist is simply rude and passive aggressive. The equipment is not properly sanitized between patients. Find another clinic for your vision care.
I went in with my grandma for an eye examination and the optometrist was incredibly friendly, making my 84 year old grandma feel comfortable. It was my grandma's first time ever at the optometrist so needless to say, she was nervous. We had a comprehensive exam and ended up choosing two frames. We were told that the glasses would arrive within 2-3 weeks. By week 3, I called to check on the status and they said it wasn't ready yet. By week 4, only one pair of glasses was available. The second pair still wasn't ready at week 6, which was unbelievable considering they said it was crucial my grandma wore both sets for her worsening eye condition. My grandma was quite frustrated by week 7 and told me to stop calling to check on the status. Very disappointed by the very inaccurate estimate of arrivals and hope they can improve this for future visits.
