I would recommend Llysa from Hands On to anyone I know. My first appointment there she was very personable and easy to talk to. She took the time to ask me questions about my body and any pains before starting the massage, and answered any questions I had. I've seen her a few times since then, and she always switches up her technique/focus areas which I appreciate.

Llysa is amazing!! She intuitively hones in on trouble spots and does a wonderful job of working out all the knots. I wish I could see her more often as I feel so much better afterwards.
