Hannah was personable, attentive, and talented.
To start the story. I got a haircut I didn't like a month ago from another salon. And I was trying really hard to like it when I came up with an idea... A crazy idea.
A dramatic A line bob, but I would need extension in the front to achieve it... So I booked my appointment, and showed up with a crazy idea and extensions in hand. And Hannah made it happen!
Not only did she make my weird request a reality. She fixed my hair cut! So it looks good even with out the extensions. She is an artist! And possibly magic.
I have very thick, curly, frizzy, difficult hair and it took me a long time to find someone who understood how to cut and treat my hair without it ending up a frizzy mess. That someone is Aimee, at Grow! I have medium brown hair, but wanted to color it red once it started to go grey. Aimee did a custom color for me so most people don't know that I'm not a natural redhead!
I've tried cheaper salons, but was never satisfied. Once I found Aimee, I've never gone anywhere else. I don't even live is Ballard anymore but I still make the trip to Grow. I've seen Jessica a few times as well and she's done a great job. They keep... read full review
