I've been using Genesee Energy off and on over several years, and consistently for the past two years. Lately I've found them to provide consistently reliable and outstanding service for my gas furnace. Their techs have been very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with.

Recently I've had a couple of issues that required same day service and they've been super responsive and helpful. Yesterday was Day 3 of an atmospheric river and somehow it triggered my seismic shutoff, causing all my gas to be turned off. I reset the shutoff but the furnace did not reset. Instead it was blowing cold air into my home on this unusually cold spring day.

I've mainly used Genesee for an annual refill on my oil tank for my home heating. I often forget to check the oil level, so when I call for the refill it's usually when the oil runs low and my house is coooold!! They've always come out within a couple days of calling, and leave a receipt at the front door. I have no reason to complain. They answer their phone, and are always very professional. I believe I've had them do furnace maintenance every couple of years as well.

My oil furnace is 50 years old. Had not been serviced by technician for years. Dan brought all of his 25+ years of experience with him and now furnace runs at 83 precent efficiency. I highly reccommend Genesee. Very resonable price and GREAT service!Service: Heating system maintenance
