Used their website to submit an inquiry. Very pleased with the prompt response. Was able to schedule my couch for cleaning and 2 rooms for carpet cleaning with just a few days wait time. Happy with the service. Have used them to clean a few rugs before and that went well. Recommend them!
Can't recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy enough! Their technician came to the door to pick up the rugs last Friday, he had a few questions about the rugs, then asked if I wanted enzyme deodorizer and for them to be re-scotch guarded which I didn't know was an option so I am glad he brought it up! Having two small dogs that go outside and walk on them both were a good choice for me in addition to the cleaning. Today the technician brought them back for delivery and they are basically brand new again! I'm very happy with the service provided and will be using this service again in the future. Fuzzy Wuzzy was so great and helpful. I had moths and they came, looked at my wool rugs, and treated the one that needed it. They also stored my rug I was out of town! Great service!
