Used their website to submit an inquiry. Very pleased with the prompt response. Was able to schedule my couch for cleaning and 2 rooms for carpet cleaning with just a few days wait time. Happy with the service. Have used them to clean a few rugs before and that went well. Recommend them!

Can't recommend Fuzzy Wuzzy enough! Their technician came to the door to pick up the rugs last Friday, he had a few questions about the rugs, then asked if I wanted enzyme deodorizer and for them to be re-scotch guarded which I didn't know was an option so I am glad he brought it up! Having two small dogs that go outside and walk on them both were a good choice for me in addition to the cleaning. Today the technician brought them back for delivery and they are basically brand new again! I'm very happy with the service provided and will be using this service again in the future. I scheduled a last minute carpet cleaning in a rental property we had and they were able to get me in the next day. They did a great job with the cleaning. The only thing I didn’t like is the guy who cleaned my carpets really tried to upsell me on a stain resistant treatment which I did not want (since we have to replace the carpet soon anyway). But I would definitely use them again.
