We have 2 matching 8x10 Persian styled rugs by Thomasville. After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. Fuzzy Wuzzy were complete professionals. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. The rug was returned on time and in beautiful condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing area rug cleaning!
This is an excellent service and I was very pleased with how it was so easy to use. Last month I had a 9x12 area rug cleaned. I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning job and really liked the way the rug was returned all wrapped up like it was new, after cleaning was completed. Most importantly I was impressed with how easy everything was. All communication was completed over text message and I was kept updated the entire way. Additionally, my work schedule is pretty hectic and I am rarely home during work hours, however, this was no issue and they even dropped it off with my neighbor. I already plan to use this service again.
