Tremendous shoutout to Stephanie & Jaylin at fringe salon! Today I drove past the salon and popped in on a whim to see about getting my blonde touched up. Stephanie at the front desk was so knowledgable & kind and guided me to Jaylin, who she said would be the best fit for my needs. Jaylin took time to take me to a chair, look at my inspo photos, and make a plan for my hair. She was complimentary, warm, and confident. I have had two haircuts here and both times they were great. The salon is lovely to go to and Kristina does a wonderful job. I don’t know a lot about hair and she always made me feel comfortable even when I had questions that I thought might be too simple. She was very open to my preferences/feedback and just a lovely and kind person. My hair looks beautiful and I will definitely be back! I also really like that you can fill out information ahead of time about your hair, cut preferences, and inspiration photos - it’s so great to be able to provide that before coming for the appointment.
