Franciscan Medical Clinic - Westwood

I have been going to this office for a few years now seeing Dr do and reading some of these post I think there talking about a different office because I've never experienced any of it they have always treated me with respect and have been extremely helpful going out of there way to help me and I plan on staying a very long time as long as the staff stays the same they are all excellent every single one and I've never been on hold for more then 2 minutes

Honestly, I haven't even been seen at this location yet. But, the individual working the front desk who answered the phone (Dani (sp?)) was wonderful. I had just spent the last few hours searching my Insurance Provider's website to find doctors in-network and received multiple responses that the policies had recently changed and my insurance provider hadn't updated their website. I finally gave up and just called a name a recognized from living in Port Orchard. I was not a fan of the doctor I had there and made my issue known with Dani. Been going for a bit, but recently it's been hell trying to get an appointment. I'll sit on hold for my entire lunch break trying to get an appointment and no one answers the phone.They luckily get a few stars because the care that I do receive, if I can, is usually very good. The main issue is getting a hold of someone to actually help you.
