I booked a breath-work session with Irene and the experience was genuinely transformational. I arrived weighed down by anxiety and numerous questions about my life, struggling to understand the source of my pain. Irene facilitated a safe and supportive space where I could confront and release this pain, guiding me towards clarity and a more positive direction in my life. The session was so impactful that I will return again. Irene’s breath-work guidance is truly life-changing.
I have been working with Irene as a breath work client and it has been a wonderful and healing experience. She creates such a compassionate and spacious container to do this work in and her approach honors my own autonomy and my body's wisdom.
