I had an excellent experience getting a bike fit from Neal. He was incredibly through and addressed all of my current concerns (knee pain). I had another fit in the area but preferred to see a PT when I started developing knee pain. Don’t look any further when looking for a fit! A PT who is also a cyclist is the magic combo.

Neal is amazing.I had gotten new shoes and set my cleats up myself. A few weeks of knee pain later, I admitted defeat and I scheduled a session so he could fix them up. In under an hour he got my cleats positioned perfectly, and I rode to work pain free and feeling like I was getting much better power through my pedals.

I'd been wanting to get a gravel bike but wasn't sure on fit, size, etc. Neal's studio at Footworks Cycles is great and when you first walk in, it's clear he's all about getting the right fit for you; no pushy sales or products. Neal uses the latest software and hardware techniques to analyze your motion while you pedal on a "fit bike". A high speed camera records your pedaling position, and a saddle pressure sensor (Gebiomized) tracks your saddle pressure.
