Neal built a custom mountain bike for me, and the experience was great all around. He's a physical therapist that works with athletes, so I feel like the fit is more spot on than what you'd get from a typical shop. He was really helpful walking me through various options for components so I could make the best decisions on what to invest in. And he's really resourceful: my bike was built during the pandemic when it was hard to find parts, but Neal made it happen somehow, and took time after delivering it to check make sure I was happy. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience getting a bike fit from Neal. He was incredibly through and addressed all of my current concerns (knee pain). I had another fit in the area but preferred to see a PT when I started developing knee pain. Don’t look any further when looking for a fit! A PT who is also a cyclist is the magic combo.

Neal is amazing.I had gotten new shoes and set my cleats up myself. A few weeks of knee pain later, I admitted defeat and I scheduled a session so he could fix them up. In under an hour he got my cleats positioned perfectly, and I rode to work pain free and feeling like I was getting much better power through my pedals.
