We had a very good experience with Flooring America. Very simple process working with Michelle to pick our carpet (and padding), and the installers worked super hard and efficiently (they did 75% of a 3-story house in a day and a half). We got 3 bids and expected Flooring America's to be the highest because their store is by U-Village (high rent), but surprisingly theirs was the lowest. A little higher was Home Depot (they were a hot mess to deal with), and higher still (nearly double!) was the quote from Seattle Style Flooring. Super satisfied customer.
Working with Mahsa was an absolute delight! She was incredibly accommodating and provided a wide range of samples that perfectly complemented our vision. Mahsa’s responsiveness and resourcefulness to our questions and requests for quotes were truly impressive. The installation process was equally outstanding. Our installer Pat, arrived right on time, was very efficient and performed an excellent job.
We had a terrific experience with FlooringAmerica. Michelle was very helpful and readily available. Unfortunately after we returned to our home to see the newly installed floor we really didn't like it. Incredibly, the Adore Your Floor Guarantee that was included with the product we purchased allowed us to replace the floor with another product at no cost to us. Kevin, the installer was amazing, too. My husband uses a wheel chair and Kevin took it upon himself to make all the room transitions wheel chair friendly. To a disabled person, this can be a life-changer.
