I have had lashes from her on for years and no one know I get my lashes done, they look that real! From day one the health of my real lashes has always been a priority so I never have to worry that I’m damaging my real lashes. I also get my brows done by her and she’s the first human I have ever trusted with my brows. She has been working on the regrowth of my brows and designing them to look fuller yet more natural. I definitely over plucked for years when that was possible and she has been able to bring my brows back to life! “Best Brazilian Ever!!! So I've gone to every waxing /sugaring place in Ballard and Bush & Ivy is hands down the very best. Went here based on the recommendation of a good friend and boy did she do me a solid. I had a bad experience with another salon in Ballard so it had been a while and I was a little gun shy. From the moment I walked in Christina went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. Like many people I'm insecure about all sorts of things about my body and Bush & Ivy is truly a judgement free zone. Her space is beautifully decorated and tranquil and I'm not sure what wax she uses but it was the gentlest Brazilian I've ever had. My wax was quick and impeccably done. I booked 2 more sessions on the spot. Very highly recommended by a insecure chubby snob of a girl.“

“When I arrived at the salon, Lindsay is so cheerful and down to earth. She offered me a beverage and put me at ease from the get go, asked me to have a seat in the chair and asked about any questions/concerns. She looked over my brows and asked what I am looking for overall. Then, she brushed up my brows asking if the shape looked ok, with a hand held. I decided to go with some microblading with a little powder fill, I was a little concerned about pricing possibly being higher but she said I want my customers to be happy and just charged me one price for the mixed service. Once we were on the same page she applied a numbing cream on my brows while she prepped for the treatment.The entire time chatting with me like an old friend. My entire process was finished in about 90 min, it wasn’t super red when I left but they did start to get a bit itchy but I just tried to itch around it. My redness cleared within a few hours, but your brows may look pretty raw immediately after, so keep that in mind.I cleansed my face carefully and added the aquaphor Lindsay provided a few times a day and within a few days my brows started to flake but nothing major and not super noticeable. Within a week, they had flaked and looked great. It’s only been about 2.5 weeks since my procedure was completed but I am completely happy and feel it looks so natural. My friends couldn’t even tell unless I pointed it out and they looked super closely. I highly recommend Lindsay, she will take care of you and treat you like a friend.“

“Believe all the 5-star reviews!!! I’ve been getting my hair cut by Loufel for years now. I dabbled with other stylists when I couldn’t get an appointment right away, or when I lived in NYC for a while, but there is no one else at her level of skill. She’s so easy to talk to, works efficiently, and just GETS IT. She is also an incredibly talented colorist. I got a partial balayage with toner and it’s exactly what I wanted. My appointment was a week before my wedding so it was pretty high stakes, but I had zero doubt she would deliver and she did (as always). Very cute salon space near downtown. Parking isn’t amazing, but just look around the block.“

“I visited SalonDeAntony for the first time last week to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Antony did an incredible job making my eyebrows look fuller (ugh early 2000s plucking!) and more even. The tint was a perfect match and the wax was done perfectly. The space is super cute and comfortable. I definitely would recommend!“

“I can't say enough about how amazing MJ is! I recently moved to Seattle and was trying to find a new hairstylist. The first salon I went to gave me really choppy uneven layers - you can see in my before picture that I had a really short layer that didn't fade evenly into the rest of my hair. Luckily I found MJ and she did an awesome job fixing it! I really appreciate how accommodating and caring she was. Before we met she asked me over email if I had any inspiration photos and based off of those she recommended a cut that would work with the length of hair I had. During the haircut appointment, she thoroughly explained what she envisioned and made sure I was OK with what she had in mind. She evened out all my layers and gave me a great short bob. I've always been scared of chopping my hair this short, but she really made me feel at ease and made sure to give me a cut that flattered my face. I recommend her to anyone! In terms of location, her studio is located in a studio unit on the 2nd story of a building on Ballard Ave. If it's your first time, she makes sure to wait outside for you so you don't get confused about the location. So sweet!“

“I’m so thrilled to have found Dollhouse Beauty Parlor! I was looking for a place that offered more options. There seem to be quite a few places that offer ombre, or at least showcase this style and not much else. I literally researched for years to determine which style I wanted (microblading, ommbre, nanoblading, etc.) and when I decided on nanoblading, took a bit more time to figure out where to go. “I love boss brow! I’ve been getting my brows done here since like 2019. By far the best micro blading I’ve had. I moved here from LA, where I tried multiple different brow artists. None of them could do what Amy does with my brows. She is literally magic. I have a very asymmetrical face and all previous brow artists left me looking somehow more uneven than before. Amy has me looking symmetrical with nice, thick brows. I don’t know how she does it. I’m frequently complimented on and asked about my eyebrows. I highly, highly recommend this place.“
