Emerald Isle Construction & Tile

We undertook a large-scale remodel from March to October with Emerald Isle Tile, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Though I don't usually write reviews, our experience with Andrew and Marcus was exceptional, so I need to let you know about it. After years of waiting to start this project, wanting everything to be perfect, Andrew came out and provided a remarkably detailed bid (over 25 pages). Back in July of 2019 I solicited three bids for remodeling my bathroom shower stall. I received two responses. One was from a well known Seattle tile company and the other was from Emerald Isle Tile. Although not the cheapest bid, I selected Emerald Isle Tile because they provided a very detailed scope of work (12 pages) while the other company provided one page. The owner, Andrew, met with me multiple times to review his proposal and fine tune it to my satisfaction. Andrew Norris saved my life. After my first contractor bailed last minute for a higher paying job, Andrew picked up my project and like magic, it all happened. I had a contractor for cabinets and an electrician and he filled in the gaps. He kept everyone on schedule, was a great communicator, and was so great to work with. My project wasn't big enough for large contractors, but Andrew treated me like I was his #1 client and did a great job. He handled plumbing, appliance installation, tile, and everything except electrical and cabinets. Highly highly recommend Andrew and Emerald Isle construction.
