I appreciated the customer service I received when I visited the showroom, but the one sample I needed didn't arrive. Daltile says they order samples the next day. I suspect the customer service rep forgot to order it. I'm going with another tile I liked less due to lack of time. The other issue is the design shop is impossible to reach by phone. Their call center put me on hold and hung up on me on the transfer. Then I was connected to the warehouse and was hung up again on the transfer to the design center (I was told they would pick up). It seemed like they did pick up but hung up intentionally. Something very wrong is going on with customer service for this company.
