It's great to work with someone who is passionate about what they do and Pat is one of those people. I had a minor electrical mystery and emailed Pat on a Sunday night. To my delight, he replied with some questions and troubleshooting ideas. When trying those things didn't resolve my pesky problem, Pat was able to find an hour and come out within 48 hours. Should I have any electrical work in the future, I'll be thrilled to have a contact like Pat Ivers.

Pat was great to work with. Great personality, energetic, and he definitely knows his stuff. After surveying the apartment and the electrical layout, he quickly went to work and didn't stop until he had all of our projects completed (a total of nine-and-a-half hours). The completed work was totally professional and he treated our apartment with respect. We were so impressed with him that we are going to use him for some additional work that we will be needing in a few months. The only "problem" that we had with Pat is that he is so busy, it was hard to book him. Luckily, we weren't in a big hurry. I think he felt bad about pushing us back a few times (because of a large condo project that he was working on) so he gave up his entire Saturday to do our job. Highly recommend.

Pat is absolutely wonderful. He is very helpful and kind and helped me with some smoke detector issues I was dealing with. He is professional, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. He solved my issue immediately and went out of his way to squeeze me into his schedule even coming by at 7:30pm to ensure my smoke detectors didn't keep screaming through the night and causing the fire department to show up again. I would not want to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Pat. You will not go wrong.
