If I could give a zero I would. This company was managing my website for a while. I could rarely get a response to questions with out at least three emails. When I finally decided to switch providers he turned off my website and would not respond to requests for data transfer. Additionally, this disrupted my company email because the domain host was discontinued. Unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive.
