Fantastic and helpful service from the moment we walked in the store. We could tell they really had tremendous experience and gave us many options. Great and helpful communication throughougt as we made the final decisions. The carpets were installed soon after and are beautiful. Super comfy feel and great color. The people who came to install it did a perfect job with every detail. We can't stop walking all around it because we love the feel and can't stop talking about how much we love it! Highly recommend this place! Thanks to Dave, and the crew that installed the awesome carpets. :)

EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Consolidated Carpets' service. They went the extra mile in every facet of my experience with them in replacing my carpet and installing new LVP. Dave, Jeff, Cesar were all extremely friendly, honest, detail oriented, helpful, explanatory, professional and timely.I researched and received quotes from several other flooring/carpeting stores, but none of them came even close to the service (AND PRICES!) offered by Consolidated Carpets.Will be going back to them and referring all my friends and family to them. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Consolidated Carpets' service. They went the extra mile in every facet of my experience, from walking into the showroom to the last install with them in replacing my carpet and installing new LVP. Dave, Jeff, Cesar were all extremely friendly, honest, detail oriented, helpful, explanatory, professional and timely. They even recalculated a detailed receipt that was separated between what my insurance (leak) agreed to pay for and the extra areas I was paying for out of pocket.
