I went here with a friend of mine and it was probably the BEST experience I’ve had since I moved to Seattle 4 years ago. The ambiance is so peaceful and the temperature of the sauna was perfect for a good sweat. We had to remove our shoes before entering the sauna cabin area which made me feel comfortable and that they kept the place clean. Before you enter, you can choose to purchase a “shot” of a juice, which carries various health benefits. I opted for the one with cayenne, which guarantees a detoxifying sweat. This place is great once you know how to book and use the system. Certain cabins are smaller, larger, hotter, and cooler so the wonderful front desk staff can help you find the right fit. The app makes it easy to book online and see last minute appointment availability. The sauna time is limited to 45 minutes, but you can spend as much time in the relaxation room as needed.
They discontinued the free wellness shot; these are about $5 now. They have free refills of freshly filtered alkaline water and showers at the end for your convenience. I find it quite relaxing so got the unlimited membership for a minimum of 3 months to try out. I haven't done... read full review

Eucalyptus frozen towel at the end of sauna service, friendly multicultural staff, clean and aesthetically beautiful, lovely music. Only thing is sauna didn't go up to 175 mine stayed at a 150-153 the entire duration, when I turned it higher. The orange and cold tea at the end was a cherry on top! Nonetheless, a fantastic experience, will go again and recommend to anyone.
