First time at this vet and had a positive experience. My cat gets really anxious leaving the house and on the drive over she soiled herself in her cat carrier. The staff were really kind and cleaned her up, before the appointment, which I totally didn’t expect. Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to pursue any care/treatment that I wasn’t comfortable with. She also made my cat feel safe - I could tell because my cat is really afraid of new people but my cat was peaceful during the exam.

What a delightful experience! The visit was thorough and it was obvious that the vet loves cats and her job! She combed through our cat’s files from our previous vet and gave us more clarity about her health than we got at our previous Vet! A lovely place that I would highly recommend!

Dr Johnson and the whole team at this clinic took excellent care of my sweet senior cat Tom. This was his first visit and everyone was efficient and kind. A nice bonus is that the all the best pet store is right next door so we got some post-appointment goodies for Tommy :)
