The site manager Stacie is excellent. She helped me with a friend of mine Who is mentally disabled and has very severe short term memory loss which makes her difficult to assist while Doing something so sensitive and important as moving personal Possessions Around and remembering which key goes where etc. Very helpful, ppatient and worked really hard to make sure everything was correct Without losing her temper Even though it was a very busy day for her She's still helped us with getting a new lock for free when it was faulty on their end. No matter how many times I had to come down and grab her to help she made it feel bearable.
