Our movers were fantastic. We had them pack up our kitchen, load pre-packed boxes, and breakdown and set up furniture in our new home. They were very careful about carrying a very heavy sofa bed up to the second story, reassembled the bed, and crib. Unfortunately, one of our pieces did break, but they were so great about addressing it real-time with us and leaving us with a workable solution until the replacement could arrive. Their open communication and ability to take accountability where it didn't go perfect is exactly why I will go with them again. This is the 2nd time we've used Can't Stop Moving to move between homes and we had an excellent experience this time just like the 1st time. Their pricing is very reasonable and Eric, who heads up the operation here in the Seattle area, is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that he recommended we buy boxes from UHaul for stuff we want to pack because they're higher quality and cheaper than other boxes we could get. To get an estimate of the size of the job, we just emailed videos of the items we needed to move, which was easy for us. Communication was great, they took great care of our furniture (including antique furniture that I was really worried about, and my antique piano), and we're just in general amazing. I was feeling really anxious about moving, and it was our first time using movers, and they really helped me feel calm and comfortable on this stressful day.
We (family of 3) did a local move from Seattle to the Eastside, from house to house. Absolutely recommend them!!!
