I stumbled upon this place in hopes of finding a hot yoga studio that is price friendly, has the right temperature, & has a class schedule I can work with. The teachers here are amazing & I've never left a class thinking "this was a waste of time". Highly recommend as an alternative to working out every day of the week.

I love taking yoga and Pilates classes at Breathe! I’ve been going there for about a year now, and it’s really fun. The teachers are really motivating and make for a great group experience. Even though I’m a major introvert, I’ve still been able to make new friends there. The workouts are hard, but you’ll definitely see results. Bring a big water bottle with electrolytes. I love the heated room (especially on cold fall, winter, and spring nights). The heat really helps loosen up my muscles so I can stretch better. I have been going to Breathe for about a year, and I absolutely love it! I do a combination of the yoga and Pilates classes. The teachers are all really fun and motivating, and facilitate a nice community within the studio. That aspect has been a really nice change from just going to the gym where it's hard to socialize and make new friends. The price for the monthly membership is really reasonable. Another really nice thing is that if you have the membership or punch cards, you can go to any of the 3 locations (Belltown, Capital Hill, or West Seattle).
