I have been doing Pilates with Cynthia for 4 years now. I have MS and it affects the function of the right side of my body. I see her twice a week. The results are remarkable. Not only has my muscle tone and posture improved but my overall health has improved, including my mood and happiness. She is my hero. She is kind and gentle when correcting my performance but also firm about what I can achieve. She has done research on MS and adapts my workout accordingly. I will continue to see her forever.

I have been training at Brace Point Pilates for one year 2x/week. Cynthia has patiently taught me precision, control, and breathing with a strong emphasis on technique. I have become stronger, gained flexibility, better posture, and strengthened my core. I love the one on one and admire Cynthia's knowledge of the body and her encouragement for precise form. I really look forward to my session and especially enjoy the greeting from Josh (Cynthia's adorable and friendly Golden Retriever)! I highly recommend!

I started working with Cynthia while trying to recover from a major back injury. I was timid to do any activity because everything I did including my physical therapy exercises seemed to give me major flareups. Cynthia's training in special injuries and knowledge of anatomy and muscle structure allowed her to create a personal training session that not only helped strengthen the muscle groups I needed strengthened but also did it without pain and flareups in my back.
