Friendly staff, clean, reasonable prices. But the people working the desk we're very wrong about the wait time. I was a walk-in for a piercing and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait with the chance to get in sooner and I ended up waiting a full hour. Probably best to make an appointment.

piercers make you feel really comfortable, they dont talk too much while the actual needle is going through which helped with my anxiety cause some will talk through the whole process making me super nervous... the girls at the register were patient and rlly nice. They gave helpful tips on the healing process of each piercing I had questions about. This is my third peircing im getting there and all were done correctly.Service: Nose piercing

Got my labret done, was slightly crooked but I went back in 5 mins after and told the piercer, super chill dude he just repierced it on the spot and it came out perfect! Couldn't be happier.
