This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. They kept promising they would come next day to do the job and didn't show up. Initially, I paid the deposit $2000 and after two months I am not even sure if they have the skylight ordered or not. They kept saying the skylight wasn't ready until one day they said they were picking up the skylight from the manufacturer. On the day I tried to schedule the installation, they said they need to pick up the skylight first from the manufacture. After several days, the job was postponed again and again. After scheduling a few roofers to give me estimates, I ended up choosing to work with Best Roofing Company because they had the best price, but also because Sean did an excellent job of doing a thorough inspection of the roof and talked me through all of the options. Plus he was personable. While there were a few different teams, one to handle my roof and another to do my gutters, I appreciated having someone like Johnny working onsite. He kept me updated about the roof progress and let me know when they were done for the day.
