My instructor (Ray) is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy going. He catches and pays very close attention to all the fine details. I've attended a couple of classes so far, and I plan on continuing. The 1:1 class has been great. I'd been looking for traditional Pilates that involves equipment, and this place is it. I highly recommend this place!

Light filled and great location. Easy on street parking. I have 1:1 sessions and they have taught me so much about right movement tailored for me.If you have only taken group classes before that you just on a mat, this is totally different. Money well spent and an investment in my spine's health.
