America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My appointment was scheduled for 12:40 for glasses & contacts, after sitting there for 40 min I was seen and I went to pick out frames. I was then told they forgot to do the contact exam, and that AFTER the doctors lunch break he would see me to do the that exam. I show up at the time I was told, the people working in front acted as if they had no clue what I was talking about like they didn’t remember seeing me 40 min prior and I got stuck at the back of the line.2 stars because the lady with blonde hair that checked me in at the beginning was very kind and friendly or it would be 0.

Fast, easy, and everyone was awesome for putting up with my shenanigans and indecisiveness. Special props to Yulissa for helping me find a pair of glasses that I didn't totally hate!

One of my nose pads fell off came to Americas best and they got me new nose pads and offered to adjust my glasses, nice and friendly staff, don’t know why there is so many bad reviews here.Thank you so much!
