Hired this team to upgrade my sisters house in the Seattle burbs. I live on the east coast, good communication was imperative to me. Brandi and Daren went above and beyond. Replaced rotten subfloors, new flooring. Repairing cabinets, installing sinks, faucets and garbage disposal. Fixing plumbing and drain problems. Installing lighting, fan and exhaust ducting. Pricing is competitive. The communication was wonderful. Strongly recommend this company for your house maintenance needs. My sister is ecstatic of the quality and professionalism of this team.
We were very happy with this company. They were dedicated and hard working. Even returned without charging extra service charge just to insure the drywall died. Very happy with attentiveness and service.
Our gutters became detached and on windy days, the gutters would bang so hard against the fascia that we couldn't sleep. We contacted 6+ places that do gutters and most of them would not start taking any minor gutter repairs until December. Some would not even do the job because it was "too small." A couple of days ago, we noticed a forecast that there would be 50 mph wind gusts, the most we have ever experienced in the area since moving in. We were afraid the gutters would fail and hit a neighbor or damage nearby property. We used Yelp to reach out to people who didn't have "gutters" listed as a specialty and found All Around Repairs. They are general contractors that will do all sorts of jobs from gutter work to plumbing to landscaping. While All Around Repairs ultimately did not perform the work, they earned our trust throughout our gutters ordeal and we would use them again if any other work comes up due to their transparency and communication. After we reached out to them, they responded nearly immediately and said they might be able to do the work on the same day. We were curious if they were licensed, bonded and/or insured. At the time, they were not appearing in the WA system because they were so new (less than 1 week old). They very quickly forwarded us all the info, and we verified that they were indeed licensed, bonded and insured. After exchanging some details, they mentioned they didn't have a 40 ft. ladder (we have a very tall house) so they drove around trying to find one to buy. Unfortunately, they weren't able to find any in stock which is why they ultimately couldn't perform the work. Despite that, they came over to try with a shorter ladder to try anyways, and also acted as our contingency after we booked another company in case they couldn't make it. Through the day, they kept us apprised on their status and asked us multiple questions so that they could get working immediately and to the work correctly.
