174 Roy St Unit B, Seattle“A+ This is not your average chiropractor. Dr. Kaufman has special training and ways of evaluating the body to truly understand what is causing the pain. I have been to many chiropractors and she is one of the best. Dominique is also super helpful and accommodating. If you’ve been to other chiropractors before and not have good results, I would highly recommend giving them a try. It’s an amazing experience to walk out and not be in pain. Highly recommend!!!“

1818 Westlake Ave N, Seattle“I love going to Keri! I can not recommend her enough. She is so kind and caring, and very knowledgeable about her craft. I saw her through my fertility treatments which was very helpful. I then saw her when my baby had been breech my whole pregnancy and she was able to do Moxibustion acupuncture (and my baby ended up turning a week later!). I recommend her to anyone I know!“
7AM - 7PM
2014 E Madison St #100, Seattle“I’ve been working with Stephen for a few months. He takes a very personalized approach to make sure we’re focusing on movements and exercises that are hitting our target muscle groups. We’ve also used laser / red light therapy as well as shockwave therapy which have been very effective. I’d highly recommend him and Vida to anyone who is looking for wholistic recovery.“
10AM - 6PM
1406 E Pine St, Seattle“I had severe sciatica pain and Zen Attitude was recommended and wow they were right. Dan was super personable and professional during our initial visit and treatment.
He has a fantastic touch and really know his craft. Needle setting was done with minimal pain and he checked in constantly while placing needles. His follow up with how to keep my recovery moving forward was great. Recommendation for PT near by, dos and donts and range of motion exercises have been a great help. We are now working on the underlying injury. The waiting area is nice and all the staff are fantastic- nice and professional! No notes, this is the place for healing or just easing stress.“

4915 25th Ave NE Suite 104, Seattle“Symone was wonderful. I'd never had acupuncture before so I was a bit nervous but she explained it all and was very nice and calming. I walked out of there the most relaxed I've been in years. I will need additional visits to see more results but I'm very surprised at how much her care was able to calm my nervous system in just one visit. 10/10 will revisit often!“

2505 2nd Ave #100, Seattle“I highly recommend Core Physical Therapy!
Their staff is amazing, well-trained, and genuinely caring. I am finding relief for my back pain under their care. Special shout-out to Rury. She is really patient, encouraging, and just a wonderful person to work with.
On my very first day, I set a goal with her: to be able to explore hikes in Washington. I’m happy to share that I recently finished my first (apparently it was a hard-level on AllTrails) hike successfully! My recovery is speeding along, and I couldn’t have done it without their support.
Thank you, Core Physical Therapy team, for helping me reach my goal!“
7AM - 6PM
720 Olive Wy Suite 900, Seattle“I went to an initial consult here and the scheduler Lydia and Wyatt the DPT were so professional and kind to me. Wyatt really listened to me and made a realistic plan for my post-op hip replacement journey. We even did some exercises which I could use at home to help.
I would love to go back for more sessions, but the sad thing is that being off of work and not getting a paycheck is what prevents me from getting more care. I simply cannot afford it now, which is sad because I so definitely need it.
I do highly recommend seeing Wyatt for his keen and kind therapy.
Patrick :-)“
10AM - 7PM

5100 S Dawson St Suite 200, Seattle“Wouldn’t recommend any other place in Seattle for massage. All of the therapists are intuitive and knowledgeable, the receptionists are so friendly and make scheduling appointments a breeze. I have always been able count on Stillwater for help with pain management and relaxation. Celeste does such great lymphatic drainage and Lily does amazing deep tissue, oh and see Rachel if you need cupping!“

9AM - 5PM
2111 N Northgate Way #201, Seattle“Dr. Xamantha Curameng has been instrumental in helping me manage stress through biofeedback techniques. Her approach has taught me how to tune into my body and build resilience during difficult circumstances by practicing controlled breathing, relaxation methods, and cultivating positive thoughts.
What makes her method especially compelling is the real-time measurement of physiological responses—such as breathing patterns and heart rate—which clearly reflect how our body reacts to emotions and environmental stressors. Seeing these metrics change through practice makes the process both motivating and credible.
I highly recommend Dr. Curameng to anyone working or living in a high-stress environment. It's time to take care of your body—it will reward you by helping you thrive and achieve more.“
“Katia is very attentive acupuncturist. She takes individual approach, takes time to listen. I am glad to have her on my care team and would recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncture specialist.“

1439 NW 62nd St, Seattle“I started trying acupuncture here when my feet were very numb, painful and tingly from chemo treatment. My balance was tricky. Through weekly acupuncture, I am walking, hiking and taking aerobic classes! Excellent supportive listening skills to address other areas of my body.“
9:30AM - 8PM
3320 W McGraw St #4, Seattle“Kelsey, Cory, and Annelie are all so wonderful. I’ve had monthly medical massages here as well as facials and have only had good experiences with everyone. They take insurance which is so helpful and all of the front desk staff are kind and supportive.“
10AM - 8PM
1100 NW 50th St, Seattle“My partner and I really like the concept behind this (C/O mixed gender spa), but it still has a bit to go before getting a fifth star. The facilities are clean and well maintained, but a bit cramped (the single sauna is just too small to accommodate everyone at times). It would be nice if there were a sauna clock or sand timers in the sauna too (typical in European saunas for safety concerns). Also, there can be a lack of available seating outside... especially if you want a sunbed.
With regards to etiquette, they give you a thin wrap and a single towel for your visit. We chose not to cover up with either during our visit, since it seems silly. However, it would be nice if they had a rule mandating shower shoes/slides when using the facility. Also, though people did sit/lie on their towels, there were lots of bare skin on the sauna benches and sun beds; my wife laid down to work on her tan, only to complain that the cushion smelled like feet. Another problem was that people frequently entered the sauna only minutes after someone else had; this lowers the temperature and is poor sauna etiquette.
As far as atmosphere is concerned, it was 80% single males...which seems to be the norm when it comes to social nudity in the U.S. Not to say that single males are a problem per se, but rather the ratio certainly could make females uncomfortable and is certainly not Sacred Rain's fault. All this said, will be returning!“
8AM - 6:30PM
2324 California Ave SW, Seattle“These guys are the absolute best! I went in with pretty rough back pain and Skylar knew exactly what to do to fix it. Shannon is a fantastic massage therapist the front desk staff is so friendly and fun. I feel 100% confident and everything they do there. I highly recommend This place to help you with any thing that you’re dealing with“
8AM - 7PM
1675, 4300 36th Ave W #130, Seattle“Cassie has such grounding nurturing energy. In her presence I feel like the only person she is treating the entire day. Her facial massage is other worldly, and she truly cares about your wellbeing and the products she uses on you.“
8AM - 8PM
9714 3rd Ave NE #103, Seattle“Kari and Marcie are miracle workers. Have truly been such a help these last few years.
I would highly recommend avoiding Melissa as she created the most unrelaxing environment while causing more pain and discomfort. So glad I came back to find another RMT as Melissa was incredibly unprofessional.“
10AM - 6:30PM
11329 Pinehurst Way NE, Seattle“I had an appointment with Rhys last week. First time acupuncture session, and I loved it. Rhys was excellent, communicative, relatable, knowledgeable, and the space is very comfortable and warm. I’ll definitely be back.“
9AM - 8PM
1138 NW Market St, Seattle“I first found Ballard Health because a friend highly recommended Tyler Van Hollebeke for a neck injury. That was over two years ago, and I still see Tyler regularly. He is incredibly talented—I’m always amazed that he doesn’t charge twice what he does. I’ve never met anyone more in tune with how the body works or better at finding the exact spots that relieve pain.
I’ll always be grateful to Tyler for getting me back on my feet after a serious injury. These days, I see him for “tune-ups,” but I know my recovery would have been much longer and far more painful if I hadn’t found him. He truly is a magician when it comes to healing.“

“Came to the clinic after a car accident and have been ecstatic with my treatment and progress. Hands down the best experience recovering from a car accident. The integrated approach of chiro, Acu and massage has been a game changer. And, everyone at the clinic is awesome, along with the atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend more.“
