She’s pleasant and always says, Thank you.” She made a copy of the driver's license and asked us to complete the registration form. That’s the process for new customers.Nick is the gentleman that I dealt with. Mine took a bit longer because of the owing situation, but typically he and his team can get everyone in and out in about 15 minutes.The typical fee ranges from $55 to $110. My older Sister paid $55, and she got some money back. I owed approximately $6,000 to the IRS, and they charged a fee of $100 cash. You can also pay using Zelle. I highly recommend Tran’s Accounting and Tax Service to anyone that needs help with tax services.Additional Info: Bring a bottle of water with you. There are chairs and a sofa for the customers to sit on while waiting. The restroom is available for the customers, but it’s in the back (far left).“
