I'd been meaning to find a neighborhood repair shop for my Nissan Murano, but of course put it off until I needed a battery/alternator health check following a roadside jump start. Low and behold, A&E was 0.5 miles from my house AND across the street from the fabulous Highland Park Corner Store (if you need a fun place to wait). It's ratings are good, but my experience was outstanding. My impression is that this is a a great little shop with a great ethic-and I will be using their services again.
My check engine light started flashing as I was getting into the neighborhood down the street from A&E and I wasn't comfortable driving my car back home to Seattle that night. They were already closed, but Jennifer still answered the phone and allowed me to drop my car off by removing my valuables and leaving it in the parking lot with the keys in the key drop. They were responsive and fair with the price. The wait times in Seattle are so long, so I feel lucky I was near A&E when the car started acting up. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this shop :)
