I would say the term “bull in a china shop” seems about right.Kevin sent me a mailer for an inspection ($325) as my newly purchased home was coming up on the end of its one-year warranty. He was very responsive to scheduling by email and flexible with dates when I needed to reschedule. He did help me to identify some things that might be covered under the warranty, which I can now ask the builder to fix.But when he arrived it felt like he barreled through my home without respect for the fact that we are currently living here.
