I have always had a great experience at #1 Haircuts. Thu does a great job and has great customer service. I highly recommend her!Stylist: I always request Thu and have come to her for years. She does a great job.

I used to go here religiously for the past 2 years but their service has degraded considerably. Pretty bad at honoring appointments and rude at times. The hair stylists rotate often and good ones are not sticking around. I have seen them get mad if you ask to cut a little more than what they did

I had time to kill, so what the heck? I decided to walk in for a haircut last week. I wasn't expecting what I received...THE BEST HAIRCUT THAT I'VE EVER HAD! So, I made another appointment to come back this week for color with highlights...the BEST hair color I've ever had . I asked for something that looks natural but better --- my hair color is beautiful . I can't stop looking at it. I'm convinced...I will no longer go to the salon that's within walking distance of my home and drive to #1 Haircuts in Pine Lake. It's a little bit out of my way, but soooo worth it. Try it !
