Had a body wrap and it was wonderful. Super relaxing and it was accompanied by a light massage and full scalp massage. The scalp massage was intoxicating and I think I feel asleep for about 5 min during! My skin felt incredible after and still feels amazing the next day. It's one of those services where you realize how much you neglect the skin on your body. The facility is tranqui and pretty; the amenities are just enough to give you what you need. I really liked how fully stocked the vanity was for after your service. I LOVE the products they use and sell so I was that person the bought a handful of items after. The eucalyptus shower spray is a MUST have.
For such a steep price i was expecting something spectacular. The place was nice, but i’ve had massages that were 10x better for 1/3 the price. The staff were wonderful, just very expensive for an average massage experience. Use more oil please!
The setting is lovely and clean. The front desk employees were very friendly. It was my birthday and they made me feel pampered. The massage was good and peaceful. However the person who did my nails talked non-stop. My nails turned out awful. Apparently she didn't let coats dry in-between. I was upset because this was a birthday gift from my adult children who wanted me to feel pampered. The manager called me and left a message. I called back and got voicemail. I have heard nothing since. It's been 4 weeks.
