Beware Beware Beware It is in your best interest to not hire this contractor for any of your remodeling or construction needs. We hired John to redo a deck on my mothers house. The house has an amazing view of Mount Rainier and needed a new deck. John was referred to us by a friend of a friend who works at the Home Depot in Gig Harbor. John came out and gave us a very good bid and we gave the go ahead. What a mistake! The wreck out was supposed to take 2 days max, ended up taking a week. The reason was that John had other jobs that needed his attention. Then out of nowhere more money was needed because the soil was not as stable as needed.
