Have taken our dog Lady there for boarding twice and will again for future trips. She's been well cared for while we were gone for a week both times. Staff is friendly and loving, you can tell they care. Boarding fees are reasonable as well.

I can't say enough good things about Nelly's! They truly care about our dogs and go the extra mile to be sure they're comfortable - whether that's during their grooming session or a few day boarding stay. I feel good dropping my dogs off here, I know they're meticulously cared for. Highly, highly recommend this wonderful business.

Nelly's has been an institution to the locals for pet grooming and boarding for many years. We have used the grooming facility for nail trims a couple times as our prior groomer retired. The price is a little more expensive than other groomers we have used, as we paid $12 cash per each dog. The location is off of a busy highway and right next to a home, so it can be Abita confusing if you are coming from the freeway. Thankfully, they have a couple spots you can pull in that lead to the grooming area. The waiting are is very small and not set up to wait inside for appointments so if you are early for an appointment, keep that in mind. The technician seemed qualified... read full review
