Just bought our home this year and we noticed a need to have someone come look at our water heater, furnace and AC. We called and got an appointment promptly next day with Robert. Robert came out and was great to work with. He was prompt. Honest,l and realistic when talking about our options he shows us several proposal options the same day. Briana got us scheduled next day, quick and efficiant we were happy to get on the schedule so soon before the busy season started. Curt and another worker came out. They got to work immediately. Keaton was honest from the start, he diagnosed the heat pump and determined what the problem was, gave me a quote and told me to contact the previous company and have the fix it being that it should be under warranty. I appreciate his efforts and honesty.
I am so impressed with this company. My parents have not had heat or air-conditioning in over a year. They had several technicians out that couldn’t figure out why the mini splits were not working. I sent an online inquiry in the morning, I received a call about an hour later and a technician was out two hours after that. Sonny, the technician, was awesome. He figured out what was wrong in less than five minutes. He was extremely courteous and professional. He Fixed the issue, cleaned the unit and now my parents have heat for the winter. Highly recommend revival and Sonny. Thank you!!!
