I'm glad to have been referred to ProActive PT in Ridgefield. The methodical and personalized regiment designed by Bryce and Alexa helped me get into better shape than ever. Feedback based bite sized approach with realistic goals helped me fix long term issues as well as a recent injury. I've to also mention that all the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome always. 5 stars!

This was my first experience with PT, and the staff at ProActive made it great. They listened, asked questions and gave answers to help me be successful in my way forward. I would definitely recommend them!
