I can’t say enough good things about ProActive Physical Therapy! After injuring my shoulder from a fall on the ice in January, I lost range of motion and was worried about my recovery. At one point, I thought I was suffering from the dreaded ‘frozen shoulder syndrome’! But after just two months with ProActive, I have fully regained my range of motion. The team at ProActive not only helped me physically, but also inspired a renewed commitment to exercise. At 75 years old, instead of feeling like I must submit to the inevitable forces of aging, I now feel empowered to take responsibility for my health and well-being. I'm glad to have been referred to ProActive PT in Ridgefield. The methodical and personalized regiment designed by Bryce and Alexa helped me get into better shape than ever. Feedback based bite sized approach with realistic goals helped me fix long term issues as well as a recent injury. I've to also mention that all the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome always. 5 stars!
Would really recommend! They have an amazing team! Came in every time looking forward to my appointments. Seen big progress from my first appointment. If your looking for a place this is where to go?
