They did a great job in finding the problem in our HVAC quickly where they found a refrigerator leak and were fast to resolve. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We have used Custom Mechanical Service NW twice in the last 6 months, once for heat and once for our air conditioner. Both times we had amazing service from start to finish - the interaction we had over the phone with Mindy to when Ray came out to fix the issues.
