I felt ugly and I was super depressed that my super long, rich brown hair was falling out. She sat me down, gave me a pep talk, went slow, let me cry, and shaved my hair down to nothing (thank God I have a nicely shaped head lol!) She took what was one of the hardest days since being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and made it something beautiful. We won't go anywhere else and we highly recommend them.
