I called Willamette due to my daughter having a toothache… they were able to get her in on the same day! Once we got there, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ashley Welsch was AMAZING with my daughter!! She took the time to talk with my daughter, told her step by step of what she would do, and even demonstrated on my daughter’s plush toy and gave her a chance to do the same. She made her feel comfortable and she had so much patience with her! We were so grateful for her and she explained our next steps as well as recommend cleaning tools etc. for us to use for our daughter. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AND DR. ASHLEY WELSCH!! ♥️
Great dentist office! I put off going to the dentist for years due to fear of dentists after a traumatic experience at at advantage dental. I informed Dr Welsh what happened to me and informed her I have very bad anxiety. As she was working on my teeth my body started shaking due to anxiety and she talked me through everything she was doing! She was super sweet and helpful! Thank you dr Welsh and I’ll be back soon ?
The staff and doctor are most amazingly friendly and polite as well as being obviously skilled and very good at relaying my dental status and tips to prolong my teeth. This was surprising since my previous experience with Willamette was not so good.
