Went there for the first time today, didn't spend a dime but met the most helpful gentleman. I definitely will be calling Steeber's when I need a locksmith. Thank you for awesome, old-fashioned customer service!

I called to try to schedule a time for him to come and help me get into a locked car that was dead and he walked me through how to do it by phone, free of charge! Highly recommended and very helpful/knowledgeable.

Went to his locksmith to discuss the changes I needed for new locks on my mobile home. Plus one door on my mobile home that kept popping open. He gave me a range of options that I could do to replace the front door locks. No suggested I go with only a deadbolt in that way I don't have to keep two things which I thought was very good option. Next we went into a pretty good discussion on problems with my type of back door. He said there hasn't been a lot of good results in the past with just replacing the standard situation.
