The amazing people, from the receptionists to the technician, made it very welcoming. Patients who were previously apprehensive have found their concerns alleviated. I have a genuine fear of the dentist so I don’t go much. Smart dental has been such a blessing. The friendly staff, the friendly environment, every thing about this place makes me genuinely comfortable. Best dental experience I’ve had and I highly recommend them!
At today’s visit I had Ilona as my dental hygienist she was absolutely wonderful and made me feel like an actual person rather than a patient. She went above and beyond with her words of encouragement and just being absolutely caring. She even gave me a really nice toothbrush 🪥 which surprised me but I’m absolutely thankful for. She said to me today “ what ever your going through your an amazing person for what you do and will come out on top” I also had the pleasure of having Ricky who help finish my exam and gave me an xray, he was also wonderful and just made being at the dentist office less stressful. These two made today’s visit great and I hope to have them in the future 🤗
Hands down.. The best dental experience!🙌 Short back story: I've been dealing with a horrible tooth pain and need my wisdom teeth removed. My primary dentist "Forever Smiles" wouldn't do the extractions. They referred me to an oral surgeon in Pasco, who gave me the whole run around on scheduling and not calling back. So I went searching and found "Northwest Dental" at first, who got me in fast but they seemed very sketchy and made it uncomfortable during an exam. I canceled my appointment with them and started to search once again. Thankfully! I found "Smart Dental" who accepted my state insurance. And I can tell you right now.. Everybody from the receptionists, to the technician, and the dental man himself. Are amazing people! They made it very welcoming and comfortable during my visit. I was able to get a cleaning done and they gave me a dental plan to get my teeth worked on. I look forward to it. Highly recommend👌
