Received cuts for myself and my daughter on two different days with different stylists. Both were phenomenal - really taking their time, listening, and asking questions. We both walked away with exactly what we wanted and will definitely keep going back.

Upon arrival I checked in with their tablet as I had an appointment scheduled in advance. Elizabeth, the nail tech student was so kind and extremely helpful. She directed my daughter to her station, asked questions of what she wanted done, talked through the process, and gave her a beautiful full set. Prices are lower than your regular nail technicians, so I was happy about that. For visitors or future clients please remember that these are students who are still learning, so give them the opportunity to show you their skills and be kind. My curly hair specialist closed her shop. I decided to try the Paul Mitchell Beauty School by my house! It was an easy process to book an appt online. You can choose your time and your stylist. I chose a time convenient to me and got assigned to young woman named Itzel. She did very well dealing with my unruly, curly and sometimes outright difficult curly hair. She was very sweet, attentive and relied on her instructor's direction when she wasnt sure about a particular cut to make. I will schedule with her again!
