The gal who did my nails was very nice and double checked with me between steps to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. My only complaint is that she was kind of rushing at the end of it and just ended up slapping on a glob of lotion and not messaging it in much which I found odd. There was also a bit of gel left on my fingertips but I just took care of that at home with some acetone. I would have just expected a bit more attention to detail for an $85 manicure.
